Field menu

The Field menu creates and manipulates fields. Table A–3 describes the menu that appears when you select this option.

Field menu option	Description
Add/Remove Fields...	Adds and removes display fields from the query view.
Add Calculated Field...	Creates a variety of calculated fields to display in the query view.
Aggregates...	Creates aggregates for the current report.
Properties	Modifies field names, labels, data formats, and coordinates for the display fields in the query view.
